The Switch

Are you starting to doubt yourself and your inner dialogue? Is the world becoming so loud and problematic with the greatest division you have ever seen or experienced on the planet and you’re concerned about what the future holds?

In search for inner peace and harmony within my heart and soul I have had to dig deep and here is what I have found.

Love really is the cure.

Let me explain.

As we move through life we oscillate between states of mind. Moving in and out of fear to stillness.

The quality of your life is determined by which state you spend the most time in.

Fear can only be felt when we focus on the external or non serving inner dialogue of judgement or criticism.

Love can only be felt when we switch to the internal and deep inner stillness.

By this I mean, when we focus on our perceptions of what’s happening on the outside world, the noise of reality, the fear of loss, the fear of harm, our focus and attention is on what’s ‘out there’.

Some things we can control, others we can’t.

Giving yourself respite from the world is the way to return to an inner sense of well being.

When the outside world, the inner chatter, the inner critic, is silenced, then you return to you. Your awareness. Your true nature.

Your true nature is the ‘you’ that recognizes and sees beauty and awe in the world. When your breathe is taken away, that’s your natural state. The state of well being.

Sometimes we need a trigger. Maybe a beautiful piece of music, a sunset or sunrise, a mountain view or a night sky, the suns ray peering through a hole in the clouds or an angelic voice on a talent show that stops you in your tracks.

It’s important to remember to return back to ‘you’ often.

The noise of the world will forever be the loudest most dominate distraction in your life.

  • But give yourself the gift of quietness.

  • Give yourself the gift of peace of mind.

  • Give yourself the gift of a sunrise.

  • Give yourself the gift of nature.

  • The world needs you to do that at this time.

  • Your soul needs you to do this at this time.

  • Your body needs you to do this at this time.

  • Take some time out for you. As often as you can.

  • Make it a priority.

  • Have your morning coffee facing the rising sun outdoors.

  • Walk outside and be amongst the greenery of nature and notice it’s stillness by just observing it.

That’s what you possess also.

An inner stillness that conquers all fear and returns to loves presence.

You need this right now.

The blueprint to getting what you want through the stillness and awareness that the centre of your being is the only reality you need to focus on as the primary one.

All else unfolds from there.
