Being human we are fickle minded. We sway in conviction like palm trees ðŸŒ´ in the wind with uncertainty of which direction we’re going and what we want.

We change our minds daily on what we truly desire or we don’t even know what it is we want so we go on complaining how life sucks.

No wonder we’re not arriving at our souls purpose and destination.

The law of attraction is getting you exactly what you are putting out. What you are experiencing today is a reflection of yesterday’s thoughts and beliefs.

Just like the temples of our souls, our bodies, they respond in exactly the same way. What we are putting in, we are getting out. It’s a law of reciprocation. The food and nutrition that goes in, is directly refelected back to us with our energy, our weight and our health.

So too is our mind.

What we put in is directly reflected outward in the condition of our joy, happiness and abundance.

In order to live an optimal life we have to control both. Our intake of nutrition and our habitual thoughts with daily rituals.

You must tell the universe what you want and what you do on a daily basis is your instruction.

You must instruct your mind to think about what you want.

You must step into your new reality through imagination.

You must write down, journal, keep track of, idealize, set intention and direct your mind consciously and deliberately EVERY DAY.

You must imagine, step into, affirm, visualize and allow yourself to dream.

You must put forth a vision for your reality just like a Hollywood blockbuster is created.

It’s first an idea which becomes a vision, which becomes a story board, which becomes a screen play, which is then directed and then acted out.

Everything that exists on the planet was first a thought. An idea idealized and dreamed.

Allow your dreams to manifest themselves with daily rituals. Exercise your natural abilities to draw into your reality your most desired dreams and goals, thoughts and beliefs.

Create new rituals to guide you on your journey and your pathway.

🔑1. Write down what your goals are.
🔑2. Idealize them. Write down ‘It is now the 31st of December (the year) and I have ...... (fill in the blank of what you will have achieved by then)
🔑3. State your gifts in ‘I AM’ statements
🔑4. List everything you’re grateful for to open the flood gates of appreciation to allow the flow of your desires to come forth.

Don’t you think you deserve to live your dreams?
